Design - In order to customize the database system to meet your specific

phase, our team uses entity relationship diagrams (ERD) to illustrate data models of the
information to be collected; these later act as blueprints for development.
Development – We have the capabilities to develop relational database
management systems within MS SQL, MySQL, MS Access and other database environments.
System development is a cyclical process, which permits us to return to the ERD for
modifications, if requirements change. As part of our implementation and maintenance
procedures, databases are stored on secure servers, and backed up on a daily basis.
