Completed paper-based forms are processed using state-of-the-art high speed scanners and a sophisticated information capture system. The system reads OMR data, bar codes, and hand and machine print. To satisfy the highest standards of data integrity, data validation and cleansing routines are built into the system and highly-trained verifiers review records flagged by the system. Our image processing system contains a formal hierarchical authentication process that allows verifiers to hold forms for further investigation and elevate cases to supervisors, if necessary.
